📍 IAF Office, Brussels & online
🗓️ Monday, 28 September 2026
🕙 10:00–18:00 CEST
The IAF will hold a hybrid meeting at its Brussels Office on Monday, 28 September 2026, addressing forthcoming changes under Commission Regulation (EU) 2025/130 concerning the commercial export of captive-bred Appendix I raptors from the European Union to third countries.
The meeting responds to a regulatory development that could directly affect falconry, and brings together the practical, technical and conservation expertise needed to address it constructively. It will consist of two sessions: an internal exchange for the falconry and raptor-breeding community in the morning, followed by an open stakeholder session in the afternoon involving conservation organisations and CITES experts.
Each IAF Member Organisation may nominate one raptor breeder and one club representative to attend in person; Zoom access will also be available to registered participants.
